Orders are despatched daily from our warehouse in Bad Salzuflen by Hermes Logistics. Small items are despatched by Deutsche Post.
As a rule, as soon as the delivery company takes care of the goods you receive an email with the delivery details.
Delivery charges for Germany
The postage and packing charge is a fixed rate in the amount of 5,90 € for packages up to 30 kg within Germany. This rate includes all costs of postage and packing. Because of its low weight velcro is dispatched by Deutsche Post for a charge of 2,50 €.
Delivery charges for Europe
The postage and packing charge within Europe is a fixed rate in the amount of 15,00 € for packages up to 10 kg, 20 € for packages up to 20 kg, and 30 € for packages up to 30 kg.
Hermes delivers to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (except for Aland), France, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Ireland, Italy, Lativa, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slowakia, Slowenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Delivery charges for destinations outside Europe
The postage and package charge outside Europe is a fixed rate in the amount of 40,00 € for packages up to 5 kg, 60 € for packages up to 10 kg and 80,00 € for packages up to 20 kg.
